Somatic Writing and Intuitive Art
Every woman has been emotionally wounded In some way. Any dream, desire, or relationship you struggle with and are blocked is where you are still injured.
Wounds are trauma to the brain, body, and psyche. Emotional wounds and memories are buried deep in the body. Coming into the body to feel, express, and receive is the beginning of seeking and expanding your authentic voice and primal desires.
The beginning of knowing yourself is being willing to surrender to your shadow, addiction, dependency, subpersonalities, hidden feelings, Intuitions, mystical inclinations, personal myth, creativity, psychic knowing, and emotional truths.
This journey is the road inward to yourself—only yourself. Knowing yourself is the start of deep Intention, commitment, change, and freedom to grow and change.
The Tellings are not just telling ANY story; they are also about self-knowledge, self-realization, self-acceptance, and recovery. They are about feelings and expression. They are about digging deep into one’s soul, feeling the truth, and seeing the truth about oneself. They are about personal empowerment.
The Telling is your memoir, journaling, poetry, play, essays, art, collage, graffiti, and intention to recover, share, and come out of shame and break your silence.
It is truth telling, storytelling, body expression, raw and fierce emotions, vulnerability, and an archeological dig into your trauma body that reclaims restores. It reconnects your authentic, primal self, your wounded child, unmothered mother, maiden, and crone wisdom. Realigning with awe, presence, aliveness and innocence, and synchronicity of your body, emotions, mind, and soul
It is a no-bullshit willingness. commitment and a deep desire to emerge in purpose, meaning, and creative and personal freedom from co-dependency, addiction, and unhealthy living.
