Excavate and Revolutionize Your Wild Self

I cannot tell you who you are as a woman. Where your journey will begin. What karmic path you will need to take. What your destiny is. What I can do is point you into an inward and downward path into your body. To dive in and undo toxic, patriarchal myths, abusive and negative family patterning and societal controls that have defined you. To reclaim and renew your heritage and female lineage.

I do know that the journey to reclaim your woman starts in your root chakra, the genitals: your vagina. For a woman, her third eye opens in her vagina and travels up the spine through the energy points and opens the crown to the heavens. The woman is air, water, earth and fire. She is the sacred ground you walk on.

“My mother was a fu*king lunatic. A raging, beautiful and abusive woman. She was a misguided, genius, madwoman, borderline and narcisstic. She died from the rage of her mental illness.

My feminality emerged from a F*ck you. From jealousy, self- hatred, terror, grief, heartbreak and shame. I was born from flames of anger. I birthed my woman from the voice of rage. That rage transformed into passion, compassion and healed my body, mind and soul.” – Marta Luzim, MS

Each and every one of you will turn to ash and rise like the Phoenix. Strip like Isis and go into the underworld to reveal your authentic blood, skin and bones. Revolutionize, reconfigure and re-invent your original, wild, primal soul and voice. Be free to howl in the wind, your own unique story, shaped by your own emotional and creative experience.

Women are the “deep song” of the “duende.” She is the edification of the body.

“The duende is a power, not a work. It is a struggle, not a thought. The duende is not in the throat; the duende climbs up inside you, from the soles of the feet. Meaning this: it is not a question of ability, but of true, living style, of blood, of the most ancient culture, of spontaneous creation.” –Unknown master guitarist, from an article on the duende

The word “duende” represents an emotion or response to life that comes from the deep mysteries. That is exactly what makes it so difficult to translate duende; can you ever really translate a feeling? How else can you translate this beautiful difficult concept but through a woman’s body, heart and soul? She is creation and the mysteries. She is the deep dark song of the universe. She is the art of movement, evocative feelings and intuitive life.
